Pin-Out

  • P - OUT - Pulse, 1Hz, 100ms length, rising edge
  • M - IN - Mode select
  • D - UNK - Unknown
  • R - IN - UART RX receive
  • T - OUT - UART TX transmit, 115200baud, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit
  • G - N/A - Ground
  • V - N/A - VCC, maybe 5V, but 3V3 are working properly

The boards needs a separate UART chip for easy use. The module can be reconfigured, like baudrate, NMEA messages, etc. The pcb is prepared to have a onboard antenna or otherwise a IPEX connected external one. The switch is done by a soldered 0Ohm bridge (bright green). Two LEDs showing power (red light, full red) and PPS (green light, orange). To buffer the internal RTC a "thing" is soldered (bright red) [ToDo] Maybe a power LDO is mounted. (purple) Maybe a flashing header is onboard, bit covered in solder (yellow)
